FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your Questions, Answered

We've answered the most common questions about EPA, omega-3s, our formulation and Forehealth's science-backed approach to mind and body well-being.

EPA & Omega-3

Is EPA the same as ordinary fish oil?

No. Fish oil products vary widely in their EPA and DHA content. SHINE EPA 500 is positioned as an EPA-focused formulation rather than a generic fish oil product.

Brain & Emotional Health

Does EPA support emotional well-being?

EPA has been studied in biological pathways relevant to emotional well-being, lipid signalling and inflammation. Research findings depend on the study population, dose and formulation and do not establish a guaranteed benefit of SHINE EPA 500.

The brain is connected to the body through circulation, metabolism, immune balance and nutrient status. Emotional well-being is influenced by more than the brain alone.

Safety & Suitability

Should I consult a healthcare professional before using SHINE EPA 500?

Do not use if you have a known allergy to fish or any product ingredient. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use only on the advice of a healthcare professional. People who take medication, have a medical condition or are unsure about suitability should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Science & Evidence

Does Science & Evidence mean the product treats disease?

No. Forehealth products are designed for general nutritional support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 and natural Vitamin E have complementary nutritional roles. Ingredient studies should not be interpreted as proof of additional clinical benefits from the finished formulation.
