Forehealth – Privacy, Return & Refund, Terms of Use

At Forehealth, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service. Please review the following policies that govern your purchases, product use, and your rights as a customer.

1. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shine EPA 500 purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (no signs of tampering or pill removal).

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and receipt or confirmation email are required.

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles (for safety and hygiene reasons)

  • Free bottles distributed through the “Free Fish Oil Program”

  • Promotional bundles or gift-with-purchase items (unless the entire bundle is returned unused)

  • Any product returned after 30 days from delivery

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a bottle that is damaged, leaking, or defective:

  • Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery at info@forehealth.net or +65 9071 8878

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement bottle (free of charge), or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email your request to info@forehealth.net, including your Name, Order Number, and Reason for Return

  • Use the subject line:
    “Return Request – [Order #12345]”

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  • Pack the sealed product(s) in their original box or similar protective packaging

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package

  • Use a trackable courier service to ship the return to the address provided in our response email

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our shipping error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 3–5 business days), we will email you an update.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund

Note: Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.

2. Exchanges

To exchange one SKU for another (e.g., Standard vs. Buy-1-Donate-1):

  • Complete the standard return process above for the original item (must be unopened)

  • Place a new order for the desired item

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product

3. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t shipped, contact info@forehealth.net as soon as possible to cancel.

  • After Shipment: If your order is already in transit, you will need to complete the standard return process once it is delivered.

5. Product Usage & Safety Information

Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule daily with meals.
Suitable for: Adults aged 18 and above.
Not recommended for: Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children.
Note: If you are taking medication, please consult a doctor before use.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect and protect your privacy. Any information collected during orders, returns, or customer service interactions is used only to:

  • Process orders and payments

  • Fulfill deliveries and returns

  • Communicate with you about your order or account

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by law or to complete your transaction (e.g., with payment processors or shipping companies).

  • Prices are listed in SGD unless stated otherwise

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

  • Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment

  • All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to third-party logistics providers

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control
